Responsibilities :
Handle customer communication via email (order booking, queries, and updates)
Coordinate with other departments to follow up on customer orders
Maintain order records and track delivery timelines
Respond to customer follow-ups and escalate issues where necessary
Ensure proper documentation and data entry related to orders
Job Requirements:
Graduate (any stream)
Good written communication in English (email handling is important)
Basic knowledge of Excel/Word
Prior experience in customer service/order processing is preferred
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
