High Precision Industry Private Limited , a leading precision Components Manufacturer & Exproter based in Coimbatore, is looking for an Inside Sales & Logistics Executive to strengthen our sales operations and customer support team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

daily billing, order processing & acknowledgements

, and release Work Orders to Production/Planning. Manage

export & logistics operations

: invoices, packing/stuffing plans, container scheduling, and coordination with freight forwarders. Maintain and update

sales records, price lists & marketing department documentation

, while coordinating progress with the Production team. Prepare and update

Gantt charts

for new product development and regular orders. Provide customers with

timely updates

on order progress and dispatch schedules. Documentation related to ISO & company QMS system.

Requirements:

B.Com / BBA / relevant degree

with

2-5 years' experience

in sales coordination, export logistics, or order management. Proficient in

MS Office & Google Sheets

. Willing to

learn and operate the company's ERP system

. Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
