Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Business Development:

Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and market research. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Process Management:

Conduct compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, client interactions, and sales forecasts. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any client issues.
