Job Purpose
:
To provide essential support to the sales team by managing sales operations, customer
relationship systems, and communication processes. The role ensures smooth backend
functioning, accurate reporting, and effective follow-up to help the sales team meet their targets.
Job Specification:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, orTrade Marketing.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
o Proficiency in English & Hindi is Mandatory
Key Responsibilities & Accountability:
Assist the National Sales Manager with day-to-day sales coordination tasks.
Handle regular follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders for execution of sales
activities.
Ensure timely and accurate updates of CRM tools and sales software such as SFA (Sales
Force Automation).
Prepare and analyze MIS reports to support decision-making and performance reviews.
Present sales data, trends, and insights for monthly/quarterly reviews.
Support the trade marketing team with execution-related coordination and field data
consolidation.
Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English across all levels.
Ensure timely tracking of sales fundamentals like VBS (Visibility Based Selling), RBS
(Range Based Selling), etc.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely resolution of field queries and process
adherence.
