About the Role
The primary responsibility of the Sales Support Executive will be to help the onsite Sales Manager to pursue room sales & group bookings for multiple branded hotels located in New Zealand. The support function will capture and manage all sales-related opportunities and interactions in our CRM software Delphi. Thjs is a back office job.
The executive will work closely with the sales team, gathering relevant information, updating records, and maintaining data integrity within the CRM system. Your exceptional attention to detail and ability to effectively document sales activities & retrieve the relevant information quickly will play a vital role in our sales success and customer relationship management.

Sales Support
Capture and document all sales opportunities, leads, and interactions in the CRM system.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry of customer details, requirements, and sales progress updates.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including calls, emails, meetings, and site visits.
Track and monitor the status of sales opportunities from initial inquiry to final closure.
Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information.
Flag any essential but missing information for the opportunities.
Prepare and distribute sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents to clients as required.
Provide basic MIS on the Sales funnel.
Support the sales team in administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing sales materials.
Draft, maintain and update contracts.
Candidate Requirements
Required:
Proven experience in sales support, preferably in Hospitality/Hotel industry.
Proficiency in using Delphi or other CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
High level of professionalism and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Preferable/Beneficial:
Knowledge CRM systems such as Delphi
Exposure to PMS (Property Management System) such as Opera, OnQ, RMS, Amadeus, IDS, WinHMS, Skytouch etc.
Hotel Management Graduates open to learn & support back office and business development activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
