Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and documentation.
Coordinate with customers for order status, delivery schedules, and basic inquiries.
Prepare and maintain sales-related reports, MIS, and trackers.
Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and client correspondence.
Maintain proper filing of sales contracts, agreements, and customer records.
Liaise with internal teams (logistics, accounts, operations) to ensure timely order execution.
Handle basic customer service queries and escalate issues to the respective team when required.
Provide administrative and back-office support to the sales department.Ensure accurate data entry and updating in CRM/ERP systems.
Assist in follow-up for payments and documentation as required.
