We are looking for a

Sales Support Executive (Tech)

with at least

1 year of experience

in technical support. The ideal candidate should be a

B.Tech graduate

, fluent in both

English and Hindi

, and capable of handling customer queries related to technical products and services efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide technical assistance and support to customers via calls, chat, or email Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues Document interactions and escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when necessary Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support

Skills and Qualifications:



Minimum 1 year of experience in technical/customer support B.Tech degree in a relevant field Excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi (both mandatory)

Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills Basic understanding of software/hardware systems preferred
