We're looking for a Sales Support Executive who can keep the sales engine organized, efficient, and consistent. From scheduling follow-ups to preparing documents and keeping CRM entries updated, you'll ensure the sales process moves smoothly at every stage. Your role will help the sales team stay focused on conversions while you handle coordination, documentation, and backend tasks.
Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
Schedule client calls, manage calendars, and ensure timely follow-ups
Prepare proposals, presentations, and meeting documentation
Maintain accurate CRM data and update lead stages regularly
Coordinate between sales, strategy, and content teams for smooth handovers
Track lead progress and generate weekly pipeline reports
Assist in email and LinkedIn outreach by drafting and organizing communication
Handle basic customer queries and redirect them to the appropriate team member
Requirements:
0-1 year of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or customer service
Strong communication and organizational skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Basic understanding of sales processes and lead funnels
Familiarity with CRM.
Comfortable working with LinkedIn, email, and digital communication tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
