Key Responsibilities
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and price lists
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups
Maintain sales records, CRM updates, and customer databases
Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information
Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and performance dashboards
Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, operations, logistics)
Ensure timely communication with clients regarding pricing and orders
Support tender documentation and proposal submissions (if applicable)
Maintain accuracy in documentation and compliance with company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
1-3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or similar role
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
