Handle customer queries and provide effective support to the sales team.
Assist in preparing quotations, discount calculations, and approvals.
Manage order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups with clients.
Maintain and update sales data in
ERP systems
and prepare regular
MIS reports
.
Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, logistics, production) to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Track and monitor customer accounts, pending payments, and order status.
Support sales team with documentation, presentations, and day-to-day requirements.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
2-3 years of experience in sales coordination/sales support.
Knowledge of
ERP systems, MS Excel & MIS reporting
is mandatory.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Detail-oriented with good numerical and analytical ability.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
