Maintain and organize all customer Purchase Orders (POs) for internal reference and tracking.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Monitor and update the status of all pending sales orders in the system.
Interact with customers regarding delivery, Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and resolve related disputes or discrepancies.
Generate regular reports on sales orders, dispatch status, and customer feedback.
Ensure accurate data entry in ERP/CRM systems.
Assist in improving internal processes related to order management and customer satisfaction.
Track and manage all pending sales orders, ensuring timely follow-ups and escalations when needed.
