Telesales Executive

to support our research and development services, including

PhD research paper guidance and assistance

. The role focuses on connecting with prospective scholars, presenting our solutions, and converting leads into clients through effective communication.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to scholars and researchers. Explain services related to research paper support, data analysis, and academic assistance. Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain call records and follow up with potential clients. Work towards achieving monthly targets.

Key Skills:

Strong verbal communication and convincing skills. Confidence in handling client conversations over the phone. Ability to understand academic/research needs. Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
