Role Overview
The Sales Support Executive is the backbone of MeFree's sales operations. This role ensures orders move smoothly from inquiry to delivery, customers get timely updates, and sales data doesn't dissolve into WhatsApp screenshots and forgotten Excel files.
You will
support sales
, not "do sales targets," but your efficiency directly impacts revenue, repeat orders, and customer trust.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Sales Support
Process orders from
WhatsApp, website, Amazon, Instagram, and offline studio leads
Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch, packaging, and stock availability
Track shipments, share tracking details, and follow up on delayed deliveries
Prepare quotations for
bulk orders, studios, teachers, and institutions
Customer & Lead Communication
Handle inbound customer queries related to:
Product usage
Order status
Delivery timelines
Basic pricing and offers
Follow up on:
Abandoned carts
Pending payments
Maintain professional, calm communication aligned with MeFree's premium brand tone
CRM & Reporting
Update and manage leads and orders in
Zoho CRM
Maintain clean records for all.
Share
daily order status
and
weekly sales reports
with the team
Internal Coordination
Act as the bridge between:
Sales
Marketing
Warehouse
Studio teams (Mumbai & Pune)
Support new product launches by:
Sharing internal product details
Coordinating with marketing on launch readiness
Helping sales team with accurate information
