JD for Sales Support

1. Experience

Experience 2-4 years preferably in Electrical EPC Works.

2. Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing

Aggregate minimum 60%

3. Roles & responsibilities

Everyday coordinating of Sales dept functions.

Scouting / Mining of sector specific tenders

Daily monitoring of customer specific portals, news sites for Tenders, EOI

Follow-up on submitted proposals to customers

Preparation of "draft" techno-commercial proposal

Vendor registration with customers on relevant platforms Co-ordinating & supporting internal Project & estimation team during kick-off of projects

Day to day scouting sector specific news articles, study reports, forecast reports and preparing notes on daily basis Eg. (Google alerts)

Attending & Representing sector specific Expo's, conferences

Preparing documents for submission of tenders

4. Excellent Communication in English - Verbal & written

5. Interpersonal Skills are mandatory

6. Hands on e-procurement portal - Eg. GeMS

7. Excellent skills in MS office-based tools.

8. Knowledge about preparing brochure, marketing documents

9. Exposure to Digital marketing is preferable.

10. Punctual, Quick learner, ability to work in multiethnic environment

11. Using AI based tools to mine data for sector specific

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
