Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office / Sales Support Executive to support our sales team through lead management, client coordination, proposal preparation, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent command of English, and the ability to create high-quality presentations and proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & CRM Support
Manage leads end-to-end, including lead allocation, follow-ups, and CRM updates
Ensure accurate and timely updates of all sales activities in the CRM system
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Client Communication & Coordination
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
Coordinate and schedule appointments for the sales team
Act as a communication bridge between clients and sales representatives
Proposal & Presentation Support
Create professional, visually appealing presentations for sales meetings and client pitches
Prepare commercial proposals, RFP responses, and supporting documentation
Customize proposals and presentations based on client requirements
Research & Pre-Sales Support
Conduct company and industry research before client interactions
Gather insights on client background, business needs, and market positioning
Support the sales team with relevant data and inputs for effective pitching
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales support, back office operations, or inside sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong command over the English language
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (PowerPoint is a must)
Experience working with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience in proposal writing or pre-sales support
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle
Exposure to B2B sales environments
