Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Sales Support Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in
Excel, documentation, and report preparation
. This is a backend role that requires excellent attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to support the sales team with accurate and timely reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop
new markets, areas, and customer segments
Generate leads through
field activities, promotions, and local partnerships
Build and manage
relationships with brokers, DSAs, merchants, and referral sources
Promote company
loan / credit card products
and improve brand presence
Conduct
market surveys
and collect competitor & customer insights
Support
sales team
with localized campaigns and activations
Achieve
market penetration and lead generation targets
Coordinate with
sales and operations
for smooth conversions
Maintain
activity reports, CRM updates, and MIS
Ensure
compliance and ethical sales practices
Requirements:
Proven experience in backend support / sales support roles preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
(formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis).
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Punctual, reliable, and able to work under deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferred).
1-2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage.
