3. Documentation & Records
? Maintain all excel / Gsheet files.
? Keep CRM or Excel trackers updated daily.
4. Follow-Up & Coordination
? Follow up internally with:
o Procurement for lead times/delivery
o Stores for stock readiness/packing planning & status monitoring
o Logistics for freight schedules / in transit shipments / shipping documents
o Accounts for payment clearance, debtor correct record
? Follow up with customers for PO, PI confirmation, pending info.
5. Administrative Tasks
? Maintain order status sheets.
? Update shipment schedules.
? Track pending documents.
? Keep the customer master list updated.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce/Business/Engineering preferred).
1-3 years of experience in sales support, back-office operations, order processing, or customer coordination.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Good command over MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage follow-ups effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Basic understanding of order processing, dispatch cycles, invoices, and commercial documentation (preferred).
Ability to handle routine tasks independently and work in a fast-paced environment.
