What You'll Do:
Manage customer communication, sample requests & order updates
Support sales with quotations, proposals & documentation
Coordinate internally with logistics, QC, production & finance
Maintain sales MIS, trackers & reports
Assist in technical trials, demos & marketing activities
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years in sales coordination/customer support (FMCG/B2B preferred)
Strong communication & organizational skills
Good Excel & documentation abilities
Background in Business/Food Technology/Commerce is a plus
