Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales managers and executives by coordinating their inquiries, preparing and delivering quotations, and handling sample requests. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and updating our CRM system, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Sales Inquiries: Act as the primary point of contact between sales managers and executives for inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Prepare and Deliver Quotations: Work closely with the sales team to prepare customized quotations for clients, ensuring they meet all requirements and deadlines.
Handle Sample Requests: Manage the process of sample requests from clients, including coordination with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery.
CRM Data Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information, sales activities, and other relevant data. Ensure that the software remains up-to-date and functional.
Support Sales Team: Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with client follow-ups.

Monitor Sales Progress: Track and monitor the progress of sales inquiries and quotations, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or administrative role is highly desirable.
Skills
:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using CRM software is an advantage but should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
