Position Overview: Sales Support Executive - Inside Sales

We're looking for both fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are enthusiastic about education, career guidance, and consultative sales. In this role, you'll support prospective learners in making informed decisions about the right learning programs to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with 80-100 potential learners daily Understand candidates' educational background, career goals, and learning needs Offer personalized guidance and suggest appropriate upskilling programs Assist in achieving weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM and follow-up tools
Who Should Apply:

Freshers looking to launch a career in EdTech sales and support Professionals with 0-3 years of experience in B2C sales or EdTech Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi Target-oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping people grow Must be based in or willing to work from Rabale, Mumbai
Qualifications:

Graduation in any discipline (mandatory) Prior experience in sales or EdTech is a plus, but not required for freshers
