Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify potential clients, with the goal of generating new business leads
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries received via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media platforms, the company website, and client referrals
Schedule meetings and site visits for the Sales and Business Development teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and confirmations
Maintain and update the lead database using CRM or relevant software, ensuring detailed records of all interactions and follow-up activities
Share marketing materials such as brochures, product videos, and company information with prospects, and conduct video calls when required
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign-driven lead nurturing efforts and provide feedback on lead quality
Ensure a smooth and timely handover of qualified leads to the Sales and Operations teams for further engagement and conversion
