Forward any delivery or product-related issues to the right team quickly.
3. Soft Payment Reminder
Politely remind customers for pending payments (COD / DOD / Self).
Use respectful communication like: "Sir, please confirm your payment time."*
4. Fast WhatsApp Communication
Send rates, schemes, product images, and updates quickly.
Maintain fast, professional, and clear responses at all times.
5. Daily Short Report
Prepare a simple daily report including:
Payment status
COD/DOD/Self
Booking & cancellation status
Requirements
Male candidate only.
Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred).
Ability to handle WhatsApp, calls, and basic Excel.
Responsible, polite, and professional behaviour.
Experience in coordination or customer handling is a plus.
