Role Overview:
The Sales Support Executive will play a key role in supporting sales operations, managing customer interactions, coordinating orders, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, distributors, and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
, a customer-first mindset, and the flexibility to travel across India as part of business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination & Support
Manage day-to-day sales operations, including order processing, quotation preparation, and follow-ups.
Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing timely information, reports, and coordination.
Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and dispatch.
Assist in product launches, promotions, and marketing activities.
Customer Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and distributors.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service
Market & Field Activities
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and distributors across regions.
Travel for client meetings, exhibitions, trade fairs, or territory visits as required.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new business opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track order status, pending payments, and customer feedback.
Assist in sales forecasting and pipeline tracking.
Maintain accurate documentation for internal and external communications.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Criteria Requirement
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer service in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or a related sector. Communication Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi (required).
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
Personal Attributes
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
Mobility
Willingness to travel across India for business requirements.

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
