Job Responsibilities
You will mainly be responsible for sales and support of our pathology lab software.
Job details
Support the labs in using the software and resolve queries.
Ensure support tickets are resolved in time.
Maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals.
Give demos to prospective customers.
Help prospective customers set up their accounts and train them to use the software.
Keep track of customer feedback and suggest improvements to the software.
Stay updated on new features and updates in the software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
