This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Executive located in Srinagar. The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for assisting the management team with client communications, preparing sales reports, coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and managing sales documentation. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, updating the CRM system, and providing administrative support and procurement and vendor management.
Qualifications
Preferably a BCom or BE degree or diploma holder ( 1-2 Yrs experience)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and eager to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with any accounting and CRM systems and book keeping
Accounting system reconciliation and managing payroll
Automate and prepare technical proposals, billing and invoicing
Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
Problem-solving skills and ability to manage time effectively
Raising Supplier Purchase Invoices and vendor relationship
