Talk to international customers over calls
Help customers with their questions or issues
Explain products or services clearly
Do upselling and cross-selling when required
Close sales through conversation
Meet basic quality and sales targets

customer support + sales
, not pure sales and not pure support.
Eligibility
Graduate (mandatory)
Minimum 1 year experience
in International Voice / BPO / Customer Support / Sales
Good spoken English
Ready to work from office in Jaipur
Ready for night/rotational shifts

not
eligible.
Salary (Fixed + Incentives)
1 year experience:
?40,000 - ?44,000 per month
2+ years experience:
?44,000 - ?46,000 per month
Incentives based on performance
Salary is fixed, paid monthly, and as per industry standards.
