+ JD Hiring: Sales Support Executive - Cross Border Logistics (India to Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan)

Location: Mumbai | Full-Time | Experience: 2-5 years

We are a leading logistics and customs clearance company specializing in cross-border transportation to Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan. We're looking for a Sales Support Executive to drive new business growth.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Conduct daily visits to assigned client locations.
Act as a single point of contact for clients for service-related coordination.
Understand client expectations and ensure consistent service delivery.
Maintain client trust through regular communication and follow-ups.
Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and retention.
Prepare visit reports and update client records regularly.
Generate and convert leads for cross-border logistics and CHA services
Build relationships with exporters, importers & manufacturers
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Professional service provider for our regular client database end to end follow up
Daily Calls with respective clients & maintain relation for the long continuity business.

Maintain good repo with individual client as a relationship officer.

Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.

Experience in sales support or client relationship servicing preferred.
Requirements:

2-5 years of B2B sales experience in logistics/freight forwarding/CHA
Understanding of export-import procedures and documentation
A good relationship field officer, prioritize

communication, trust, respect, and support
