Sales Support

:

? Assist Sales Executives with day-to-day tasks and activities.

? Follow up on sales leads and customer queries.

? Manage customer KYC processes and ensure compliance.

Customer Interaction

:

? Call customers and write professional emails to engage and address their needs.

? Help with registration, banking, trading, and related client onboarding procedures.

CRM Management

:

? Maintain accurate records in BITRIX CRM software.

? Log all customer interactions, meetings, and activities for seamless coordination.

Event Support

:

? Plan, target, and invite customers to webinars/seminars.

? Prepare and deliver impactful presentations.

? Track attendance and follow up with registered customers.

Website & Software Testing

:

? Test websites, software, and back-office systems for bugs.

? Work with developers to resolve issues and implement new versions.

Client & Investor Support

:

? Address customer queries promptly and send fee collection reminders.

? Track advisory opportunities and improve client services (e.g., reports and performance updates).

Research & Innovation

:

? Conduct research for new product development and data insights.

? Identify and implement improvements in client services.

Outside Visits

:

? Meet customers at their locations to complete registrations and other formalities.

? Maintain detailed records of all visits and activities conducted outside.

Team Coordination

:

? Attend team meetings, webinars, and training programs on time.

? Document and track all meetings, training sessions, and outcomes.
