We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The role involves generating leads, building strong client relationships, presenting products/services, and closing sales to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations, quotations, and proposals.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
