Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, shipping, and delivery updates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Support the execution of online marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues or complaints.
Requirements:
Graduate with strong communication skills in
English and Hindi

Basic proficiency in
MS Office
(Excel, Word) and familiarity with
CRM tools

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Prior experience
in online sales or customer support will be an advantage.
