Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review sales orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Assist in managing customer inquiries and providing necessary support.
• Utilize MS Office for documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Execute mail operations and correspondence related to sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address and resolve any issues related to orders or customer queries.
• Maintain and update records and databases as required.
• Support the sales team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in any relevant field.
• Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
