Sales support - Maintaining Webinar sheets, Admission referral sheets & uploading/maintaining webinar data. Tasks & Activities Handling helpline number and segregating/managing in CRM
Handling queries on helpline number and assigning leads accordingly to the sales team (From 8:00AM to 8:00PM)
Handling queries on info Email ID and maintaining record of all the queries
Forwarding queries to the concerned departments and closing queries within the TAT
Lead assignment/re-assignment according to the predefined rules.
Offline bulk lead uploading and segregating webinar data.
Maintaining sheets for Placement enquiries and Franchise enquiries received on helpline via call, whatsApp messages and on email.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
