Key Responsibilities
Handle back-office sales coordination and follow-ups
Prepare quotations, proposals, and email communication
Maintain sales records, customer data, and reports
Manage incoming customer calls, WhatsApp, and email queries
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks
