Key Responsibilities
Call customers post-order to
verify order details and confirm delivery address
Contact customers at the time of dispatch to
update them on shipping and delivery timelines
Assist in
preventing fake or unconfirmed orders
by verifying intent to purchase
Provide
support for general customer queries
via call, WhatsApp, or email
Address any issues related to product, delivery, or returns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with the Sales & Logistics team to
ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Objectives
Ensure
accuracy in customer orders and addresses
Minimize RTOs (Returns to Origin)
by verifying customer intent
Build
strong relationships with customers
through excellent communication
Improve
overall customer experience and satisfaction
Requirements
FEMALE
candidates only
Prior experience in
customer support or telesales
preferred
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
(knowledge of other regional languages is a plus)
Polite, patient, and confident phone presence
Basic knowledge of using WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and email
Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely
