Roles and Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers.

-Ensure timely follow-up on specimen orders received from the field sales team.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of order confirmations and tracking information.

- Serve as the point of contact for the field sales team to resolve queries and provide timely updates.

Requirement:

Min 2 years of experience in a similar role

Salary:

Upto 25,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
