Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare technical and commercial proposals for PEB projects as per client requirements. Carry out cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and material take-offs. Coordinate with design and engineering teams for preliminary drawings and customized solutions. Provide technical inputs during client meetings, pre-bid, and post-bid discussions. Address client queries related to specifications, designs, and project feasibility. Ensure timely submission of proposals and supporting documentation. Maintain proposal records, client communications, and sales support documents. Assist the sales team in transitioning finalized projects to the execution/project team. Generate MIS reports and track proposal status for management review. Collaborate closely with sales managers, estimators, and project engineers to meet client expectations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of

PEB systems, steel structures, and construction processes

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation tools

. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to interpret architectural/structural drawings. Analytical and problem-solving ability.

Qualification & Experience:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Structural Engineering. 1-4 years of experience in estimation, proposals, or technical sales in the PEB / steel structure industry. Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,057.01 per month
