Job Description

Assist in preparing

quotations, tenders, and proposals

, ensuring accurate presentation of all technical aspects Collaborate with the

product and engineering teams

to design customized solutions for clients Respond to

technical inquiries

from clients and offer continuous technical support Conduct

product demonstrations and training sessions

for both clients and internal teams Assist in creating and updating

documentation

such as sales materials, installation guides, and technical manuals Maintain and regularly update the

CRM system

with sales-related technical data and client interactions Support in

project handover

to the implementation or service teams, ensuring a smooth transition
