Job Description

PAT Solar Middle East is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Sales Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our sales team, customers, and technical teams by providing pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Technical Support:

Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team and customers regarding our range of electrical testing and measuring equipment.

Sales Coordination:

Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documentation for clients in coordination with the sales team.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate directly with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, applications, and industry trends to effectively support sales efforts.

Demonstrations & Training:

Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations for customers and internal staff.

Tender Support:

Assist in tender preparation, including technical specifications, compliance documentation, and pricing support.

Order Management:

Support the order process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring customer expectations and project deadlines are met.

After-Sales Support:

Collaborate with the service department to resolve any customer issues, arrange for repairs, calibrations, or replacements.

Market Feedback:

Gather and communicate market intelligence and customer feedback to the product and sales teams.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in a sales support or technical sales role, preferably within electrical testing and measuring equipment. Strong technical understanding of electrical measuring instruments, testing systems, and related technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage. Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits and exhibitions.

Preferred Skills:



Experience working with brands like Fluke, Megger, Chauvin Arnoux, or similar. Familiarity with Middle East markets and clients in utilities, construction, and industrial sectors. Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
