We are looking for driven and confident candidates for the role of

International Customer Support & Sales Executive

. This role combines customer support with sales, where you will help customers with their queries and also introduce them to suitable products or services, perform upselling, cross-selling, and close sales whenever possible.

This is a full-time on-site position in Jaipur, open for candidates from all across India.

About the Role

You will interact with international customers through calls, chat, or email.
Your responsibilities will include:

Listening to customer queries and resolving them professionally Pitching relevant products and services Performing upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs Closing sales while maintaining high service quality Ensuring customer satisfaction and documentation
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, problem-solving, and sales.

Salary Details

1 year experience:

INR 40,000 - 44,000 per month

2+ years experience:

INR 44,000 - 46,000 per month
