What You Will Be Doing

This is a blended customer support + sales role. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Speaking with international customers over calls, chat, or email Understanding their concerns and providing clear, simple solutions Guiding customers about the right plans, products, or services Handling

upselling, cross-selling, plan upgrades, and sales closures

Keeping information accurate in the system Maintaining quality, professionalism, and empathy in every interaction

Salary Structure

Your experience and communication skills directly influence your salary:

1 year experience:

INR

40,000 - 44,000

per month

2+ years experience:

INR

44,000 - 46,000

per month
Additional monthly incentives are available based on sales performance.

Relocation Support

For candidates moving from another city, the company provides:

Who Can Apply

Graduates only Minimum 1 year experience Experience in customer support, customer service, telesales, inside sales, outbound calling, upselling, cross-selling, retention, or any international process would be preffered Strong English communication skills Comfortable working from our office in Jaipur Open to night/rotational shifts based on the international process schedule
