Role & Responsibilities

This role involves both customer support and sales responsibilities, including:

Assisting international customers through calls/chat/email Understanding customer concerns and providing accurate solutions Explaining product/service features clearly Performing

upselling

,

cross-selling

, and

renewal pitching

Converting leads into successful sales whenever applicable Maintaining quality, accuracy, and compliance in communication Documenting interactions in the CRM system

Salary Details

1 year experience:

INR

40,000 - 44,000

per month

2+ years experience:

INR

44,000 - 46,000

per month
Salary depends on skill level, communication, sales capability, and interview performance.
