What This Job Is About

You will be handling international customers. Your day-to-day work will involve listening to their questions, helping them with clear solutions, and recommending the right product or service when needed.
It's a mix of customer support and sales, but the approach is simple -- be polite, be clear, and be helpful.

You don't need prior sales experience.
You just need confidence and the willingness to learn.

Salary & Growth

Freshers: Up to INR 32,000 per month Experienced (1+ year): INR 40,000 per month Incentives based on performance Transparent appraisal system and steady career progression

Speak with international customers through calls Understand their concerns patiently Provide the correct guidance or information Recommend or pitch products/services naturally Upsell or cross-sell wherever it fits the customer's need Close sales professionally Maintain quality standards and documentation
