We are looking for a
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales coordination, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in processing orders, preparing quotations, and handling inquiries.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, reports, and client communications.
Follow up on pending payments, contracts, and documentation.
Support the team with sales data analysis and preparing MIS reports.
Ensure seamless communication between sales, logistics, and accounts teams.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
3-4 years in sales coordination or sales support.
Education:
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Experience in CRM software is a plus.
