Role Overview

We are looking for a detail?oriented

Sales Support / Backend Executive

with a background in

Electrical Engineering

to assist the sales team in managing proposals, documentation, and client coordination. The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to support front?end sales activities with accurate backend operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide backend support to the sales team for

electrical engineering products and solutions

. Prepare and manage

quotations, proposals, and technical documentation

. Coordinate with clients for order processing, follow?ups, and status updates. Liaise with internal departments (design, production, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth execution of orders. Maintain and update

MIS reports, sales data, and CRM records

. Assist in tender preparation and submission for electrical projects. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Support in preparing presentations and technical material for client meetings. Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills

Degree/Diploma in

Electrical Engineering

or related field. 2-5 years of experience in

sales support / backend operations

. Knowledge of electrical products, switchgear, panels, SCADA/automation (preferred). Strong proficiency in

MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools

. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Attention to detail and problem?solving mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
