We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to provide administrative support to our Project Sales Head. As a key member of the sales team, you will handle all back-end activities, ensuring seamless execution of projects and excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a keen understanding of market trends and customer needs. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales.
Responsibilities
Create and manage quotations, proposals, and sales documents
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams o Send and follow up on emails, including sales updates and project notifications
Coordinate sample collection, dispatch, and follow-up with sites/clients
Arrange and coordinate site visits, including logistics and scheduling
Manage project-related data and records
Provide administrative support to Project Sales Head, including preparing reports and presentations
Engage with accounts to ensure timely payment and clear any outstanding dues from customers.
Take initiative to enhance showroom displays and make improvements for a better customer experience.
Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features, sales techniques, and industry trends.
