Role Objective:
Support the sales team in documentation, quotation preparation, data management, and coordination across departments. Identify new Potential Green projects, generate leads and arrange demos / meeting with clients
Role Responsibilities:
Manage inquiries and maintain lead tracking sheets / CRM dashboards.
Prepare standard quotation templates and coordinate with design & costing teams.
Follow-up for customer clarifications, documents, and payments.
Prepare bid documentation and ensure timely submission.
Coordinate with production and stores for dispatch updates.
Generate weekly and monthly sales MIS reports
Maintain customer database, marketing materials, and presentation decks.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation.
Experience: 1-2 years in capital equipment or automation sales / pre sales (preferably pharma domain).
Skills: Strong technical understanding, communication, and negotiation ability.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
