Role Overview
As a
Legal Sales & Support Associate
, your primary goal is to turn "interest" into "action." You will be calling potential clients and lawyers who have shown interest in Advolive, answering their questions, resolving any concerns they have, and guiding them to fully register and use our platform.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Conversion (Sales)
Outbound Calling:
Proactively call leads (lawyers and clients) who have signed up or inquired about our services.
Platform Pitching:
Explain the benefits of Advolive clearly--helping lawyers grow their practice and helping clients find reliable legal aid.
Onboarding:
Guide users through the registration process on the website or Flutter app to ensure they become active members.
2. Relationship Management & Support
Active Listening:
Understand the specific legal concerns of clients and the professional needs of lawyers.
Grievance Redressal:
Act as the first point of contact for unhappy users. Listen to their issues, resolve their grievances, and rebuild their trust in the platform.
Consultative Approach:
Don't just "sell"--help users understand how Advolive solves their specific problems.
3. Feedback & Data
Lead Tracking:
Maintain a record of all calls, follow-ups, and conversion statuses in our Admin Panel or CRM.
Market Insights:
Collect feedback from users about why they are (or aren't) using the platform and share these insights with the product team.
Requirements (What we are looking for)
Excellent Communication:
Fluent and persuasive in [Insert Language, e.g., English/Hindi]. You must sound professional and confident over the phone.
Empathy:
The ability to stay calm and helpful, even when dealing with a frustrated user or a complex legal concern.
Sales Mindset:
You are motivated by "closing the deal" and enjoy convincing people of a product's value.
Basic Tech Skills:
Comfortable using a calling system, updating a database, and explaining how to use a mobile app.
Experience:
Prior experience in tele-sales, customer support, or a "client-facing" role is a big plus.
