This role requires a performance-driven, customer-centric individual with strong organizational skills and a proactive work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
1. Follow-Ups & Communication
Regularly follow up with customers for:
pending replies
pricing confirmations
sample feedback
documents/information required
Follow up internally with different teams (inventory, accounts, logistics, repacking) to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Maintain a daily follow-up list and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
2. Pricing & Quotation Support
Assist in preparing basic quotation formats and pricing sheets (inputs will be given by the sales manager).
Send approved quotations to customers and track responses.
Keep a simple log of pricing given to customers and the status of each enquiry.
3. Coordination & Administration
Coordinate sample dispatches and maintain a sampling tracker.
Coordinate with logistics partners for delivery updates, PODs, and schedules.
Maintain records of customer conversations, follow-up dates, and pending actions.
Ensure all internal teams are updated on timelines and requirements.
4. Basic Documentation
Prepare simple commercial documents (quotation formats, sample labels, follow-up notes, etc.).
Organize customer data, contact lists, PO copies, and other files.
Assist the sales team with meeting preparation, notes, and scheduling.

Strong organizational skills
Good communication skills (email, phone, WhatsApp)
Ability to follow instructions clearly and coordinate across departments
Detail-oriented and dependable
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (entry-level)
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask
