Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in handling
customer inquiries
related to domestic and international holiday packages.
Prepare and share customized
itineraries, quotations, and proposals
for clients.
Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs) to get best rates and availability.
Support in
booking flights, hotels, transfers, and activities
as per client requirements.
Maintain timely and professional
customer communication
to ensure high satisfaction.
Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and booking confirmations in CRM/Excel trackers.
Provide
administrative support
to the sales team in documentation, invoicing, and reports.
Handle basic
post-sales support
including travel vouchers, confirmations, and changes in itinerary.
Assist in resolving client queries and escalate issues when required.
