Job Description

Led and Managed end-to-end B2B sales order lifecycle for domestic and international clients, handling invoicing, documentation, and logistics coordination.

Worked closely with management to fulfill large-scale, custom, private label, and white-label orders as per client SOPs. Ensure adequate inventory planning and timely dispatch to meet client expectations.

Onboard and manage courier partners, ensuring smooth integration into operations. Verify courier invoices, process payments, and reconcile COD statements.

Developed interactive dashboards (Power BI/Excel) for sales summary, BDE performance, and order tracking, enabling management to make faster and more data-driven decisions.

Automated recurring reports to reduce manual effort, saving time and improving accuracy in sales and operations reporting.

Analyzed large datasets to identify sales trends, order processing bottlenecks, and customer behavior patterns, supporting strategy formulation.

Collaborated with management to translate business needs into data-driven insights and reports, strengthening decision-making across operations and sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
